These Apple Peanut Butter Sandwiches are fun and easy to make! Eat these apple “sandwiches” with just peanut butter or add in all sorts of treats like chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, honey, oats, or raisins.

I love sharing fun and easy recipes with y’all and this one is just perfect for right now! Not only is it tasty but it’s simple to make and it’s a great after school snack! Even if you don’t have kiddos, it’s still something that you’re going to love.
I started eating these little Apple Peanut Butter Sandwiches right after I had little J and they’re one of my favorite snacks! What’s the best part about these snacks? You can make them with all types of “add-ons” like chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, and honey! Apples and peanut butter are so great together!
My favorite way to make Apple Peanut Butter Sandwiches!
I really like to use honey crisp apples for these Apple Peanut Butter Sandwiches but you can really use any kind of apple you like. I just like to make sure that the apples are big enough to slice up and make into sandwiches.
Now this is the fun part after you add on your peanut butter.
You can add all kinds of things to these apple sandwiches! Like I said before, I love to add chocolate chips and peanut butter chips to mine. Sometimes I even add a little bit of honey!
I’ve got a great little peanut butter spread recipe that I used to make these fun Apple Peanut Butter Sandwiches and you can grab the entire recipe for it over on the Dixie Crystals site!
Ps. Dixie Crystals just redid their website and it looks AMAZING! You’ve got yo check it out!

Made apple sandwiches with 35 school aged children yesterday for a cooking project. Toppings they requested were peanut butter, marshmallow fluff, raisins, chocolate chips, coconut, cinnamon, granola, caramel and sprinkles. Older children assisted with coring and peeeling the apples and the staff sliced them. Everyone parents and staff included loved this recipe and cooking project. Thanks so much for sharing it.
