Barrett Burgers
Friday Night my family came over for dinner, and we decided on a cookout. Hubby made the most wonderful burgers!!! So I wanted to post the recipe here for you all! Also we were at Target earlier that day and in the dollar section were these awesome corn on the cob holders! I got a pack of 4 for $1.00! I always find great deals in the dollar section at Target!
But back to the Burgers! Here ya go!
Ingredients:
1-3 pounds ground beef
½ cup Italian bread crumbs
Spice mix (our own blend of spices, recipe included)

Spice Mixture Includes Even Parts:
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Black pepper
Chili Powder
Ground Mustard
Sea Salt

Directions:
Combine Beef, Spice mixture (we use about 3 tablespoons of the mix), and bread crumbs until well combined. Scoop out a handful of the mixture and form into a ball about the size of a medium orange. Use palms of hands and flatten the ball into a hamburger patty, about 1 inch thick.

On a clean grill surface, place vegetable oil on a hand towel and wipe the grill rack. Next cook burgers for about 10 minutes on 300 F.
Add Cheese if desired and Enjoy!

I love the Farmer’s Market and Farm to Table meals but I’m also not ashamed to use canned vegetables and baking mixes. It’s all about balance! I’m so glad y’all are here!
