Butterscotch Pudding cookies are made from scratch with butterscotch pudding mixed right into the batter to make them super soft and chewy!

Butterscotch Pudding Cookies

Have you ever just made something that you thought was so amazing that you wanted to scream it from the roof tops? That’s how I feel about these pudding cookies.

These Butterscotch Pudding Cookies are so super soft and are literally packed full of everything butterscotch. They’re super soft and chewy, y’all! These are also stuffed full of butterscotch chips and butterscotch pudding mixed right into the batter.

Butterscotch Pudding Cookies

How many of y’all love Butterscotch?

Butterscotch always makes me think of my Grandma Edith and now it makes me think of my brother too. haha

It cracks me up to see someone as young as him carrying around Butterscotch candies in their pocket. haha.

Butterscotch Pudding Cookies

So if you or someone you know loves Butterscotch, these cookies are for them.

Now these cookies are just perfectly fine without the butterscotch drizzle ontop.  If you’re going to go all out with the butterscotch flavors, than go all out!

Add that drizzle of butterscotch to these cookies and really make them shine.

Butterscotch Pudding Cookies

Make a huge plate of these to sit out for Thanksgiving or make a batch and wrap them up for the perfect Christmas gift! I don’t know anyone that doesn’t love homemade gifts this time of year. Heck if you wanted to really get crafty, make up a cookie dough in a jar gift with this cookie!

Put all of the dry ingredients into a mason jar, close the jar up, add some ribbon with the recipes card and use that as a gift this year!

Just perfect! Store these cookies in airtight container and they should be good for a week or maybe even two.

These look so amazing! Definitely adding them to my “Christmas cookies I absolutely need to definitely make, like, really soon” list! (Yes, I actually have a list on my phone titled that.) And I think I might use your idea of putting the ingredients in a jar for a gift for one of my friends who loves butterscotch. Shhhh … don’t tell! 😉

I don’t remember the last time I had a dessert that featured butterscotch. It’s one of my favorite flavors, and I have a good idea that these cookies might go over like crazy at my house. 😉 Better bake ’em up!
