A few months ago, I was approached by CSN stores to do a review on one of their products. I was thrilled! I chose the Rachael Ray Orange Casserole Dish. I was so excited the day it arrived in the mail! I LOVE Rachael Ray Cook ware! It is so beautiful and so durable!

Check them out at http://www.csnstores.com/

For my first Dish I created a Pasta Chicken Casserole. It was kind of a …..” I really want to use my new casserole dish but have nothing to cook in it” meal that turned out really good.

Preheat Oven to 350.

What I used:

Handful of Uncooked Pasta
5 tablespoons of water
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 small cans of diced mushrooms (drained)
1/2 bag frozen green beans
1 can mixed veggies
1 can or corn
2 chicken breast cooked and cubed

Place uncooked pasta into the bottom of the casserole dish with the water.
Pour the rest of the ingredients on top and toss.
(Some of the noodles with break but that’s OK)

Cook in preheated oven for 30 minutes

Remove and toss everything . Make sure to move the pasta around.

Bake for 20 more minutes.

Pasta will be a little firm, but I think it taste great like this. If you want softer pasta cook the pasta first and them add it to the casserole dish.

Meet Angie

I love the Farmer’s Market and Farm to Table meals but I’m also not ashamed to use canned vegetables and baking mixes. It’s all about balance! I’m so glad y’all are here!
