This might possibly be the last ice cream/popsicle post that I do this year (Although I might be doing a peach and chocolate swirl ice cream, not sure) So I thought a Friday post would be a good way to have a “send off” of summer with this frozen treat.

I know that summer isn’t technically over for a few more days but still… it’s getting cooler here and the leaves are even starting to change on some of the trees, so I wanted to get this post up before it’s actually Fall. haha

Back in August I received an e-mail from Zoku asking me if I’d like to review their  Zoku Quick Pop Maker. I had been wanting one of these for a long time and was over the moon happy that they wanted to send me one.

Since then, we’ve been making pops a lot and I love being able to play around with flavor combinations. These Frozen Oreo Yogurt Pops came about literally because I had some of those YoCrunch Oreo Yogurts in the fridge and was experimenting with the Zoku Quick Pop Maker. I also made some pops with the YoCrunch M&M yogurts and loved them too!

Big Bear loves all things Oreo and I love frozen yogurt so I knew that these would be a hit. Cool and refreshing with a little tang from the Oreo Yogurt. Not to mention they are amazingly fast to make.

Frozen Oreo Yogurt Pops
{With the Zoku Pop Maker}
by Angie Barrett 9-20-2013

Ingredients

3 containers YoCrunch Oreo Cookies n’ Cream Lowfat Yogurt (6 oz)

Zoku Quick Pop™ Maker

Instructions

Combine the yogurt and Oreo pieces in a medium bowl. Mix well.

Place the  Zoku Quick Pop™ Maker into the freezer for 24 hours. Remove Zoku Quick Pop™ Maker from freezer and set on a flat surface.

Insert one stick into each mold. Fill each mold with the yogurt until just below the “Fill Line” is reached. Do not over fill!

Set a timer for 20 minutes. Leave the mold out on the counter to let freeze.

Once they’re frozen, screw the Super Tool on to the handle of the first stick. Twist clockwise until the pop is loosened. Unscrew the Super Tool and remove from the pop stick.

Snap on the drip tray to the stick

Remove pops and enjoy! (Use the Super Tool to remove each pop)

Makes: 6 pops
