Garlic Chive Parmesan Croutons
Croutons are one of the easiest things to make and are so good!!
I did kinda cheated a little with these though! haha
The people that made my wedding cake also make very yummy breads! They sale their bread at the community market and at the daily farmers market. While I was there the other weekend I picked up a loaf of their Garlic Chive Parmesan bread. It was pretty good plain but I decided it would be even better toasted!!
I cubed the bread and brushed on some olive oil and added a little salt and pepper.
I then baked them for 10 minutes at 350, removed them from the oven, flipped them and then baked them for 15 minutes on the second side until they were nice and toasted! Yum!
I packed a few into little bags to take to my dad.
