Hashbrown Casserole
Have you ever been to Cracker Barrel? Have you? If You haven’t, you must go! We don’t have a Cracker Barrel where we live but that doesn’t stop me from being in love with their food. When ever we travel, I’m always on the look out for a Cracker Barrel.
But what does that have to do with Hashbrown Casserole? Well everything! They started my love of Hashbrown Casserole…. well which for a while I called cheesy rice…. yeah.. don’t ask.
While this hashbrown casserole below is not an EXACT match for the Hashbrown Casserole at Cracker Barrel, it IS pretty delicious.
I’m not a breakfast food kinda person, but I could eat this every morning I think 🙂
