Are you an early planned when it comes to holidays or do you wait until the weekend before the event to start planning things? I also strive to be the first, but I always end up being the second. I always have great plans for holidays and events, I’m going to make tons of food and have a to-do list to keep m sanity in check and I’m going to get it all done and it’s going to look like Martha Stewart came to visit! However normally I’m running around last minute like a chicken with my head cut off trying to get everything done. I’m assuming that I’m not the only person that’s like that haha.
So as you know Memorial Day weekend will be here in a month or so and while I’m pretending like I’m going to have it all together I know I’m going to be frantic come that Friday because I wont’ have a cookout menu done or decorations ready. Ok, well I suppose that you don’t have to go all out for holidays and cookouts but since Thomas was in the military I always try to do something special on Military related holidays. 🙂
