Sometimes you make a dessert that’s super simple to toss together and sometimes you make recipes that just knock your socks off! This Pumpkin Cream Cheese Bites with Praline Topping recipe is both easy to make and super delicious.
I made them a few times before Thanksgiving just to make sure they were turning out like I wanted them too. After a few family members had a taste of some of the samples these little Pumpkin Cream Cheese Bites with Praline Topping where requested for dessert at Thanksgiving dinner this year and they were a hit.
They were the perfect little sweet bite after a wonderful Thanksgiving meal.
I made these little bites in a mini muffin pan but you could also make them in a regular size muffin pan for bigger desserts! Also, I didn’t put mini cupcake liners in the muffin pan for these and they came out perfect but if you’re worried about that, you can get little mini muffin pan white liners that will work perfectly for these Pumpkin Cream Cheese Bites.
Oh my goodness and let us talk about this Praline Topping on top of these little bites. This may the best topping ever. I could probably just sit down and eat this topping with a spoon.
