Reese Bell Chocolate Chip Cookies from BigBearsWife.com @bigbearswife

I am aware that most people are not looking for cookies right now. The holiday season has passed and most people are on the hunt for skinny protein shakes and lettuce wedges.

I admit that I love a good healthy recipe and while I try to find them all year long, I can’t pass up a fabulous cookie. Sorry, that just isn’t ever going to happen.

I mean look at that! A Reese Peanut Butter Chocolate Bell melted into a soft chocolate chip cookie….. let me just tell you.. THANK YOU BIGBEAR. Why thank you BigBear? Because as much as I loved these cookies, I’m so glad that I could pawn these off on BigBear and my brother haha. So, so good!

I normally make chocolate chip cookie dough from scratch, but when I made these we were at the beach and I just didn’t want to take the time to wait to make it. So a roll of Chocolate Chip cookie dough worked for me. I needed to use up some of the Christmas candy that we had got, so they went into these cookies.

I sliced the cookie dough into 1/4 inch slices and unwrap the Reese Bells. Use two slices of cookie dough per cookie.
