This is another Hawaiian Style recipe sent over to me by Anne from http://www.jerseyhi.blogspot.com

Steak Marinade Hawaiian Style

Anne Does everything by taste so I bit of guess work and taste testing will need to be applied 🙂

What you Need:

2 Sirloins or Your favorite kind of steak
Oyster Sauce (Anne likes Lum’s)
Shoyu (Anne says it is a lighter say sauce, but as long as it isn’t Kikkomans you should be ok)
garlic powder
salt and pepper
a touch of ginger (if you grind up a small piece of root it will be plenty)
a touch of teriyaki

What to do:

Add in a Ziploc or Tupperware: Oyster Sauce ( Anne prefers Lum’s) Shoyu (it’s a lighter say sauce, but as long as it isn’t Kikkomans you should be ok) , garlic powder or minced, salt and pepper, a touch of ginger(if you grind up a small piece of root it will be plenty) and a touch of teriyaki. Let marinate over night, grill and cut up Pupu style (pupu in Hawaiian means finger food or appetizer)

Sounds wonderful! Def on my “to try” list!
