This post and recipe for Tuscan Herb Hummus, Prosciutto and Goat Cheese Pinwheels is sponsored by Sabra. However, opinions and thoughts are 100% mine!
My days are all kinds of mixed up this week! haha I don’t know what’s wrong with me but I can’t keep my days straight to save my life. I woke up Tuesday thinking it was Thursday, I woke up yesterday thinking it was Friday.
Heck tomorrow I’ll wake up thinking that it’s Wednesday. haha Maybe I’m running around too much. However, today, I know that today is! Today is Friday the 13th and it’s also #NationalHummusDay!
I brought a few tubs of Sabra hummus and pretzel things to work with me today plus I’ve got a container of these Tuscan Herb Hummus, Prosciutto and Goat Cheese Pinwheels for us to snack on too!
It’s time to celebrate #NationalHummusDay with Sabra! Want to celebrate too? Make sure to grab a coupon! This coupon is good for $2 off Sabra hummus but it’s only good for today! (it’s there until midnight EST – Grab the Coupon here)
So Tuscan Herb Hummus, Prosciutto and Goat Cheese Pinwheels, that’s what I’m bringing to the table for National Hummus Day! They’re easy to make, easy to slice, easy to serve and easy to eat. Hummmm sounds like “easy” is a pretty good work to describe these little bites. haha.
So all you’re going to do is lay out a tortilla (I recommend heating it on the stove top or in the microwave for about 10 seconds to make it easier to roll) and spread on a nice layer of softened herb and garlic goat cheese. Then you’re going to spread on a generous helping of Sabra Tuscan Herb Garden Hummus and then top with Prosciutto, lettuce and diced tomatoes. Well you don’t have to add the lettuce and tomato if you don’t want to but I like it when my food has a few different colors. 😉
Next, roll the tortillas “jelly roll style” like a pinwheel. Lay them seam side down on a plate and place them into the fridge for a few hours. Putting them into the fridge for a few hours will make it easier to cut them and it’ll let the flavors mingle together a bit.
When you’re ready to serve them, just take them out, cut off the ends and slice them into 1-2 inch pinwheels. After you’ve sliced them you can lay them flat on a serving tray or you can stack two together and hold them together with a long toothpick, either way will work!
Also for another hummus touch, sit out a container of Sabra Tuscan Herb Garden Hummus for dipping! Easy peasy I tell ya, easy peasy!

There’s not one word in that title that doesn’t make me think I wouldn’t love these cute little pinwheels! While I usually make my own hummus, I admit that grabbing a container of Sabra is sometimes a real lifesaver. And their various flavors are fun to play with, too. Yum!
