Weekly Meal Plan – March 14th – March 20th

Yesterday was a long, long day.  Started the morning off by picking up around the apartment, then I took the dogs walking and went down to the coffee shop for my usually Saturday Morning coffee, brunch and writing “me time”. Then it was over to the Farmer’s Market!

Ok, so the neatest thing happened while I was over there! So let’s back up though, last week or maybe it was the week before I posted a photo of these little oatmeal packets that I buy from our local farmers market. Someone asked me where I got them and I told her that I got them from a woman at the local Farmer’s Market and tagged Libby’s Faithful Crumbs facebook page. Well I went on with my day and didn’t much think of it after that. Then when I was at the market yesterday, I stopped to get my oatmeal packets (because I love these little packets and eat them almost every morning) and the lady told me that someone had seen me post a photo of her little oatmeal packets on my blog’s fan page and e-mailed her to place an order! How awesome is that! It was so wonderful to hear that and it was an also amazing reminder of how great influence on social media is!

Now after my trip over to the market, I took those pesky pups walking again 😉 and then spent a few hours (ok ALL DAY) with my mom, unpacking and trying to organize my office. Oh my word, y’all…by 8:30 I had taken over 10,000 steps according to my fit bit and I could barely keep my eyes open. On the way to drop mom off at her house, we stopped by CookOut for dinner and I was like a drunk person I was so tired. I ate 1/2 of my burger and took the rest home. haha I did drink a few sips of a Banana pudding milkshake though, Thomas knows I’ve been doing super good on my low carb and walking stuff lately and surprise me with a milkshake haha. Too bad he didn’t get me one when I wasn’t dead tired so I could remember what it tasted like haha.

Did you have a super busy weekend too? Good thing we’ve got your dinner plans covered for the week……………

Meet Angie

I love the Farmer’s Market and Farm to Table meals but I’m also not ashamed to use canned vegetables and baking mixes. It’s all about balance! I’m so glad y’all are here!
