Quick BBQ wings that are baked in the oven in 30 minutes! 2 ingredients and 30 minutes is all that stands between you and dinner!
Sometimes I feel like I only have about 30 minutes (or less) to get dinner ready between the time we get off with and the time we’re running off to finish a project or go to an event. That’s what it’s been like this week, I’ve been so busy that I’ve literally thought the last two days in a row were Friday. My head is spinning but it’s been worth it.
Monday was full of award ceremonies for my god-daughter Kendra and a trip out to the country to look at another venue for my future sister in law’s bridal shower, Tuesday was a full day of work followed by an evening of wedding invitation making, Wednesday was another 9 hours at the office when my god-daughter Alyssa’s 5th grade graduation that night, yesterday was another long day at the office with grocery shopping and birthday cake making to round out the evening.
Thankfully I only have one more work day to make it through and then we’ll be celebrating Kendra’s 8th Birthday and enjoying the weekend!
But since we’ve been running around like crazy I’ve been trying to come up with some great, easy dinner ideas that I can make when I get home from work.
These 30 Minute 2 Ingredient BBQ Wings are just perfect for hectic week day dinners or easy laid back Sunday evenings.
You’re just going to need to grab a few packs of chicken wings, a couple of bottles of your favorite BBQ sauce and a roasting sheet. Crank that oven up to 375F and you’re ready to get to cooking.
Now you can use any type of BBQ sauce that you want. You can make your own from scratch or you can use the bottled kind. Trust me, I’m not going to judge you either way. You do you!
I don’t know if I’ve found a true favorite yet when it comes to BBQ sauce but I do love Sweet Baby Ray’s and I also like the two that I used for these wings.
But like I said, you do you, you pick your favorite sauce and just go with it!
