15 Super Satisfying Salads for 2015

We’re all trying to “be better” since it’s January, right? Well that’s what I’m going to keep telling myself…well that is until February 1st and then I totally give myself the “OK” to enjoy a little Valentines Day candy. 😉

Haha, who am I kidding. I’m still enjoying Christmas chocolate. Oh dear…. well at least I’m offsetting those sweets with “good for me” meals and miles on the treadmill. That counts for something….I think. 😉

Since most people are trying to eat better or attempting to eat better during the first month of 2015, I thought I’d pull together some tasty salad recipes for y’all!

It’s so much easier to eat better when the food taste good!

Meet Angie

I love the Farmer’s Market and Farm to Table meals but I’m also not ashamed to use canned vegetables and baking mixes. It’s all about balance! I’m so glad y’all are here!
