3 large apples, sliced into wedges, I used 2 green and 1 red
1/4 cup caramel sauce, homemade or store bought
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
1/4 cup tiny mini marshmallows (like the kind for hot cocoa)
1-2 graham crackers, crushed
1 lemon**Optional
4 cups of water**Optional
Pour the water into a large bowl and add the juice from one lemon.
As you slice the apples, throw them over into the water and lemon bath to keep them from browning.
Once all of the apples have been sliced, lay them out on a paper towel and pat them dry.
Arrange the apple slices on a plate.
Drizzle Caramel Sauce over the apples.
Sprinkle the crushed graham crackers, mini chocolate chips and mini marshmallows over the apples.
