My cousin graduated from High School in June (Congratulations Bobby Ray) and because everyone was so busy during the summer we had a late…very late… congratulations to the graduate party last night!

It was simple with just family members but I thought we would do just a little more than order pizza.

So we had a Make Your Own Pizza Party for Bobby Ray.

Everyone got to make their own pizza with only the things they wanted on it!! Much better than buying pizzas from a pizza shop and everyone spending time picking off what they didn’t want. Plus Its not at all expensive as ordering Pizza. Well at least it wasn’t for us.

I checked with ***** (I’ll leave out the name of the pizza place to be nice) and they wanted $90.00 for like 5 pizzas…. ahhhhhhh………no thanks.
“
We bought the ready made “Mama Mary’s” personal pizza crusts from Food Lion. (They are usually over by the bakery section & I’m sure other stores sell then). They were 2.99 for a pack of 3. So like $1.00 per pizza. We bought enough for everyone to have 1 personal pizza and a few extras in case anyone wanted 2 🙂

We had a variety of toppings; including Pizza Sauce (of course), mushrooms, peppers, pineapples, olives, onions, bacon, sausage, ham, banana peppers and cheese. But of course you could have anything you like!

For the Pizza Making Station; I covered the counters with Brown Paper on a Roll. We had this left over from when we moved but I’m sure they sell it at Walmart, Lowes or Home Depot.

Each Topping was in its own bowl and I took a Black Marker and Wrote the name of the Topping on the paper.

Plus Side of the paper…. not only does it make a neat “writable” tablecloth, but afterwards just roll the paper up… stick it in the trash and your counter or table top is still nice and clean!

I used a large baking sheet and cooked 4 pizzas at a time for about 10 minutes. Just long enough to heat up everything and melt the cheese!!

To keep my hungry partygoers at bay while the pizzas cooked I have popcorn chicken and chips for them to munch on 🙂

It was fun and simple. Turning a regular Pizza Party into a Make your own pizza Party really make it more then just an average night!!

And to end the Night of Awesome Pizza Making we roasted Smores and of course I had Cute Smore Favors for Everyone!
