Cheese Chicken Pockets

What you need:

Pizza Dough or you can use crescent rolls
2 cups Cooked Diced Chicken
4oz cream cheese
1 to 1.5 cups shredded cheese
Breadcrumbs

What to do:
Preheat oven to 350F.

Combine Cooked Diced Chicken, cream cheese and shredded cheese in a bowl and mix together.

Roll out Pizza dough or crescent rolls into 8 rectangles. Lay 4 of the rectangles onto a wax covered baking sheet. Place a heaping spoonful of the chicken mixture onto the middle of each rectangle of dough.

Place the other rectangles on top of the chicken mixtures and press the edges to seal the mixture into the dough creating a pocket.

Sprinkle breadcrumbs on the top of each pocket. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until browned! Enjoy!

I love the Farmer’s Market and Farm to Table meals but I’m also not ashamed to use canned vegetables and baking mixes. It’s all about balance! I’m so glad y’all are here!
