This recipe sounds delicious! Can you substitute thighs for breasts? If so, would I need to change any of the directions?
Hi! yes you can use breast instead of thighs. This recipe uses boneless skinless thighs so everything should be the same. Sometimes chicken breast can be a bit on the thick side, so you may want to pound them flatter but make sure the chicken reaches 165F to be done. 🙂
