These Air Fryer Ranch Chickpeas are a great little air fryer snack to make for movie night, road trips, beach snacks or just to have around the house.
They’re great for snacking but you could also serve them as a side dish!

- canned garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
- Dry Buttermilk Powder
- dried Parsley
- Garlic Powder
- Onion Powder
- dried Dill weed
- dried Onion Flakes
- dried Chives
- kosher salt
- ground black pepper
- Cooking spray (or 2 TBSP olive oil)
If you don’t want to make your own ranch seasoning you can also use store bought dry ranch seasoning and use about 1 pack.

How to make Ranch Chickpeas:
- Preheat the air fryer
Preheat air fryer at 400°F for five minutes. (or 390F if that is the highest yours goes)
- Dry the beans
Lay garbanzo beans on a clean kitchen towel or paper towels. Pat dry.
Line air fryer basket with parchment paper. - Single Layer only!
Spread chickpeas evenly in air fryer. Don’t have any beans overlapping.
- Cook em up!
Cook your beans for 30 minutes in the air fryer at 400°F (or 390F if that is the highest yours goes) or until golden brown and toasted to your liking.
Shake the basket every 10 minutes. - Make the ranch seasoning
In a large bowl, mix together the seasonings: Buttermilk powder, parsley, garlic, onion, dill weed, onion flakes, chives, salt and pepper.
- Spray em down
Once chickpeas are done, spray chickpeas generously with cooking spray, or olive oil.
- Toss to coat
Add chickpeas to ranch seasoning. Stir well so that the seasoning is evenly distributed.
Perfect for snacking!
