Barbecue Chili with Corn

Barbecue Chili with Corn

What you need:

1 lb  ground beef
1 tbsp. Onion Salt
1can (22 oz) White Beans
1can (14.5 oz) fire roasted diced tomatoes with garlic
1can (8 oz) tomato sauce
1 Can Corn
1 tablespoon chili powder
2 tablespoons Pampered Chef Smokey BBQ Rub
1 8oz Can Tomato Soup
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
2 cups corn chips
Salt and Pepper to Taste

What to do:

In heavy 3-quart saucepan, cook beef and onion over medium-high heat 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until beef is thoroughly cooked; drain.

Stir in remaining ingredients except cheese and corn chips. Heat to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer covered 20 minutes, stirring occasionally

Top individual servings with cheese and corn chips
