I dont eat fish…. BUT i was determined to try new things this year and this was one of them, and I LOVED IT! It was soo very good! You have to try it!
Broccoli Fish Rollups
1 (10 ¾ oz) can cream of broccoli and cheese soup
½ cup milk
2 cups of stuffing mix crumbs
About 4 -5 medium Tilapia Fillets
1 (10 oz) box of frozen broccoli spears
Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease a 9×9 baking dish. Combine Soup and Milk in a bowl. Set aside ½ of the soup mixture. Combine stuffing crumbs and remaining soup. Pat in to baking dish. Arrange 1 broccoli spear across the narrow end of each fish. Starting at the narrow end, roll up fish with broccoli spear inside. Place over stuffing mixture, seam side down. Repeat with remaining fish. Arrange any remaining broccoli over stuffing. Spoon reserved soup over fish. Sprinkle with Paprika. Bake 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
Delicious and I dont usually like fish
