These Chicken Cordon Bleu Sliders would be perfect for dinner or lunch! They’d even be great for your next picnic!

Chicken Cordon Bleu Sliders

I’ve always loved anything that was “Chicken Cordon Bleu” flavor themed. Chicken Cordon Bleu sandwiches are fantastic and I love Chicken Cordon Bleu pasta. I have a feel that it’s because I love chicken and I’ve always had a fondness of ham and cheese together. In high school, ham and cheese sandwiches where my go to if I was eating lunch at school.

Chicken Cordon Bleu Sliders

So while I was brain storming a few slider ideas a while back I thought of my beloved ham and cheese sandwiches and thought that they’d make an excellent slider..but I wanted to add more to it.

Chicken! Chicken would be perfect. But wait, if I was making a chicken, cheese and ham sandwich, I was pretty much making Chicken Cordon Bleu sandwiches! haha so that’s how the Chicken Cordon Bleu Sliders were born.

Chicken Cordon Bleu Sliders

ooo and I’m so glad that they were because I am in love with these little bites.

Now I think that these Chicken Cordon Bleu Sliders are just perfect as is but please feel free to add more or less ham and cheese (or chicken) to your little slider masterpieces.

Chicken Cordon Bleu Sliders

I hope that you’re going to love them.

For over a week I’ve been fighting a sinus infection so I’m all about cheating, I’m using ham and turkey breast~it’s in the fridge~ to make these yummy samiches!! But seriously, any lunch meats would be great in Hawaiian rolls!! Thanks for choosing tomorrow’s dinner, my sinuses and my son thank you, too!!

I love the Farmer’s Market and Farm to Table meals but I’m also not ashamed to use canned vegetables and baking mixes. It’s all about balance! I’m so glad y’all are here!
