Chocolate Lollipops

(Printable Recipe Here)

I first saw these on The Barefoot Contessa, in her Episode of Barefoot In London!

A little bakery in London was creating this little Chocolate Lollipops, and everyone was in LOVE with them!

How simple they are to make!

I made these for my husband as a small anniversary gift. He is a fan of transformers cartoons and movies so I included the sugar decorations for Transformers and a few Heart Sprinkle ones for our “love” day lol.

(The transformer sugar decorations are just those sugar decorations you can find at any hobby shop or bakery.. they usually go on top of a cake or cupcakes)

What You Need:

16 ounces Of Melting Chocolate, finely chopped
Sprinkles or other Candy Decorations
Lollipop Sticks

What to do:

Place a sheet of non-stick silicone or parchment paper on a sheet pan.

Place the chocolate in a heat-proof glass bowl and put it in the microwave on high for 30 seconds.

Stir the chocolate and return it to the microwave for another 30 seconds, then stir again.

Continue to heat and stir in 30-second intervals until the chocolate is just melted.

Using a tablespoon, pour the melted chocolate in rounds onto the Parchment paper and place lollipop sticks in the middle of each chocolate round, giving the stick a little twist.

Sprinkle the tops of the lollipops evenly with Sprinkles or Add your candy decorations while the chocolate is still wet. Set aside to harden.

I’m Linking to Sweets for Saturday And you Should too!
