When My husband was in IRAQ, I loved sending him care packages probably as much as he loved receiving them.

 

 

I always tried to pack something special that reminded him of home.
These cookie cups, quickly became a favorite of his (and his friends) while he was overseas.

 

 

The best part is that they actually stayed fresh and delicious thanks to plastic wrap and pringles cans. These cookies fit perfectly inside of a empty pringles can 🙂

Cookie Cups

(Printable Recipe Here)

What you Need:

2 packages Chocolate Chip Cookie Bar Dough (the squares of cookie dough
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup peanut butter chips
Cooking Spray

 

What you need to do:
Pre-heat the oven to 350° F. Grease 12 muffin cups with cooking spray.
Take two squares of cookie dough and roll them into one ball. Press into muffin cups to form a cookie cup.
Bake for 10 minutes or until edges are set. Remove from oven to wire rack.
While still warm, use a spoon and press the edges back to create/make a well in the center of the cookie. Fill cookie cups with chips
Cool completely. With tip of knife, remove cookie cups from muffin panMakes 12 Cookie Cups
