Easy homemade chocolate wafer cookies and melted white chocolate make up the BEST Copycat Cookies ‘n’ Cream Candy Bars!

This recipe and post was made for Dixie Crystals, however all words and opinions are 100% mine.

Copycat Cookies 'n' Cream Candy Bars

I love making homemade and copycat versions of popular candies and foods. I know I can just run out to the store and buy some of these things but to be honest, it’s kind of fun to make them at home.

My latest copycat creation is my versions of Copycat Cookies ‘n’ Cream Candy Bars!

I mixed up a quick batch of homemade chocolate wafer cookies for these too! Super easy and perfect for these candy bars.

Now here is my little tip for these chocolate wafer cookies, roll them thin to bake them crisp!

You want these little cookies to be crunchy and crisp. They’ll need to be like that so that you can crumble them into the candy bar molds for the candy bars.

I rolled my dough pretty thin and then I used my grandmother’s old biscuit cutter to cut the cookies out, however you can use a round cookie cutter too. I just happen to love this biscuit cutter.

So when making these, I used a candy bar mold from the local craft shop as my mold but don’t feel like you HAVE to have a mold to make Copycat Cookies ‘n’ Cream Candy Bars.

You can always just pour the melted white chocolate and crushed cookies into a rimmed baking sheet that’s been lined with parchment paper.

I just like the candy bar mold because it makes it look like a real candy bar. 🙂

This recipe makes about 16 or so candy bars but feel free to cut the recipe in half! However, I think you should just make the entire recipe and then share these homemade candy bars with your friends! haha

I mean who wouldn’t want to get a homemade candy bar as a gift!

Or you know……..keep them all for yourself.  I won’t judge! 😉
