How To Make Ghost S’more Squares:
-
Melt candy chocolate coating according to package directions.
-
Spoon some into one of the cavities of the mold and press the chocolate candy up the walls so that the entire mold is covered in chocolate.
-
Next take 1 graham cracker square and press it into the chocolate mold. You may have to break a little bit off of 2 sides to make it fit, depending on your mold.
-
Next add a tablespoon of marshmallow fluff to the center of the graham cracker.
-
Press the 2nd graham cracker onto the marshmallow fluff.
-
Add more chocolate candy coating to top of the s’more stack, making sure to spread it all the way to the edges.
-
Do the same to the other cavities of the mold.
-
Let s’more sit at least 15-30 minutes for the chocolate candy coating to harden. You can pop them into the fridge to chill them and they’ll harden faster.
-
Pop them out of the mold once harden.
-
Fill a piping bag with melted chocolate candy and snip the end. Drizzle chocolate over the edge of one side of the s’more.
-
Sprinkle Halloween Sprinkles onto the wet chocolate.
-
Add a drop of chocolate to the back of the Royal Icing Ghost and attach it to the s’more square.
-
Let chocolate cool and harden.
What Is Chocolate Candy Coating and Where Can I Find It?
Chocolate Candy coating is a chocolate that melts easily without tempering and coats and covers items with a smooth finish. It is also known as Chocolate Almond Bark, Chocolate Candy Coating, Candy Melts, Candy Wafers or confectionery and melting chocolate.
You can find Chocolate and White at most grocery stores in the baking section. But at craft stores like Hobby Lobby, Michaels and Walmart you can find Candy Melts in all sorts of colors!
Also if you want to buy the white candy coating at the grocery store because sometimes it is cheaper, you can use Oil Based Food Coloring for Chocolate to color it.
