This fantastic banana bread recipe is a recipe that I found in my grandmother’s recipe binder. I fell in love with how easy this recipe is and the fact that my grandmother had notes written beside it. It’s always fun to make recipes that I know my grandmother made at some point!
When I make this recipe, I do sift all of the dry ingredients together but if you don’t have a sifter whisking the dry ingredients together will work too. I bought a hand held sifter at the Dollar Store and it works perfectly. I also have a vintage hand crank flour sifter from my grandmother haha, but either kind will work.
