Have you seen those super cute roses on Charcuterie Boards that are made from Pepperoni or Salmani Slices?

They might seem complicated to make but they’re super simple and I’m going to show you how to create a beautiful rose for your next Charcuterie Board with 3 simple steps!

What You Need for a Pepperoni Slice Rose:

  • About 12 slices of Pepperoni
  • A small round glass

Ingredient amounts and recipe directions are in the recipe card below with a print option!

How To Make A Pepperoni Slice Rose:

  1. Sit the glass on a flat surface.

  2. Fold a pepperoni in half, and place the slice over the rim of a glass.

  3. Fold another pepperoni in half and place in over the rim of the glass but slightly overlapping the first pepperoni.

  4. Continue layering folded slices of pepperoni around the rim of the glass, overlapping each time until the rose is as full as you’d like it to be.

  5. Once done, take your hand and press the bottom of the rose flat, and use the other hand to turn the glass upside down.

  6. Place rose and glass on your board and carefully remove the glass.

  7. Tada! A beautiful rose for the Charcuterie Board!

Can I Use Different Meats For Roses?

Absolutely! As long as the pieces are thin and round, they should work! I like using Pepperoni because it holds the shape well.
