But until then, I’m going with what I know. And that’s how to make things as easy as possible. Now I’m not saying that everything needs to be made in 30 minutes. Sometime food just take a while to make and it’s normally always worth the wait, but there are some times when I just don’t have time to wait. Like when it’s hot, I don’t like to wait in the heat. I don’t like to wait after work, I don’t want to eat at 830 at night because I get off at work at 5pm, drive 30 minutes home and have to cook for an hour or more.
These grilled pizzas are so easy and quick to make. This was the first time I’ve actually used pizza dough for pizza. I know! Crazy right. When I normally make pizza at home, I use the pre-made crust, the ones that are already cooked and everything. I didn’t even know that our local grocery store sold pizza dough. Where have I been? And of course we ALL know the Big Bear LOVES pizza. Even though he loves pizza and I like it a lot, we never agree on toppings. I love cheese and mushrooms, he love cheese and pepperoni and sometimes pineapple. Pineapple on pizza….so weird. haha. These Individual Grilled Pizzas made choosing toppings for tonight’s pizza so much easier. No compromise. We both got exactly what we wanted.
