Hey! How are y’all doing? I really hope y’all are ok if you’re on the east coast. We got hit hard by Hurricane Michael which is why my Meal Plan Monday is going up a little late. We lost power and it was a mess. We did get power back but so many people around us still don’t have power and there are so many people including friends and family that have had a lot of flooding damage.
It’s been a mess and it’s going to be a mess for a while.
However, since we have power now (for the time since it keeps flickering on and off) I wanted to get Meal Plan Monday up for y’all!
