It’s almost Christmas time, y’all! We’re still in the hospital with our little boy but we got good news from his doctor today and we are hoping to be home by Christmas EVE!! I’m so excited!
So since we’re having a good day, Jackson is napping I thought I’d share another cute Christmas Winter themed dessert that I made a few weeks ago.
These super cute little Melting Snowmen Cookie Bites are made with my favorite recipe for snickerdoodle cookies but you could really use any kind of cookie that you love.
I bet these would be great:
Now for decorating you can be as creative as you want. You can use all kinds of different candies to decorate your melting snowmen.
I used super little peanut butter cups and mini Fudge Stripe cookies to make the top hats for these little guys and then I used a few different sprinkles for the nose, eyes, mouth, and buttons.
Make sure you stick the nose, eyes, mouth, and buttons sprinkles onto the chocolate before it hardens so that everything stays put.
Of course, these would be cute for any Christmas or holiday party but they would also be perfect to make during a frosty winter snow day!
What kind of cookie would you use to make these?
