I think it’s time to re-do this post for Pigs in a Blanket and move it up in the blog. I first posted Pigs In a Blanket on the blog back in June of 2010.

I almost thought about taking them off of the blog until recently I’ve had quite a few friends message me and ask about making pigs in a blanket.

Then for the baby shower we gave to Crystal the other weekend, you guessed it, pigs in a blanket were on the menu.

So I’ve deiced to bring them back into the spot light and even make them mini this time. Mini Pigs in a Blanket are really nice especially since they were needed to be finger food.

The baby shower was “Storybook” theme, so these worked in just right for “The Three Little Pigs” haha 🙂
