This was totally one of those recipes that I just NEEDED to have after I tried it! Meghan made this for our Memorial Day cookout a few weeks ago and I just loved it.
We’ll first of all it’s cheesecake (“No-Bake” cheesecake if you want to be technical), it’s got marshmallows in it and it’s topped with banana and strawberry slices! So… what’s not to love?!
Plus it’s literally one of those “dump everything into a bowl and mix together” recipes!
Sometimes those are the best recipes aren’t they? Oh and since this can be made a day ahead (and it’s actually better if you make it the day before) it can be ready to “grab and go” when you’re headed out the door to a cook out or when you’re just going a few steps to the dinner table!
I make these little No Bake Marshmallow Cheesecake Shooters, wrap them in plastic wrap and stick them in the fridge so that when I need a cool snack during these hot afternoons I can just open the fridge, grab one and enjoy it!
Oh by the way, have you been strawberry picking this summer?? Why haven’t I taken the time to do that? I love them so much and I haven’t even taken a morning or afternoon to go out to pick buckets of them!
Strawberry Love? It’s something I’ve had all my life, but BigBear… nope… he doesn’t like them. He thinks they’re too tart! Who is this man and how did I marry him? haha
Anyways back to these little No Bake Marshmallow Cheesecake Shooters! They’re perfectly thick but still creamy after they’ve been in the fridge for about a day! They have the tang from the cheesecake and creamy sweetness from the marshmallows that gracefully melt into this decadent cheesecake filling.
Since there isn’t any fruit in the cheesecake filling you could top these with any kind of fruit that you wanted! Heck fruit… You could top this with anything!! Chopped Reese cups or crumbled Oreos would be “to die for” on these No Bake Marshmallow Cheesecake Shooters!
You know what else is great about this recipe? You don’t have to just make little shooters (individual cups)! You can make a giant bowl of it to feed a crowd (or your family) and it’s just as amazing!

Ingredients:
1 bag mini marshmallows
16 oz Vanilla Yogurt
12 oz Cool Whip
16 oz cream cheese, at room temperature
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 cup crushed Vanilla Wafers, for base
1/4 cup crushed Vanilla Wafers for topping
Strawberries and Banana, sliced (amount depends on how much you want)
- I recommend making this the day before and letting it sit overnight in the fridge, it taste much better that way! Also, wait and put the slices of strawberries and bananas right before you serve ir to keep the bananas from turning color before you serve it.
- If you’re making shooters, fill a gallon zip lock bag with some of the filling then clip one of the ends of the bag off and pipe the filling into the shooter glasses
- When Meghan made this she used a box of “No Bake CheeseCake” instead of the creamcheese and powdered sugar, so you could do that as well!
These are so great! I love the individual mini size cheesecake shooters and I also the big family sized bowl too. Can I have both? LOL Yay for the no-bake aspect of these, and for the yummy flavors.
What a fun little dessert!
Love these kind of recipes!!!
Looks perfect for a crowd, or individual, of course. Love the idea of mallows in there. My hubby (yeah, what the heck?) doesn’t like strawberries, either.
