Pina Colada Cupcakes
I made these last night with my Pink Lemonade Cupcakes!! The pink lemonade cupcakes are an idea I grabbed from Heather at DragonFly Designs .
So Since my mom LOVES Pina Coladas; we decided to make these!! All you have to do to get that Pina Colade taste is follow your normal cupcake recipe and substitute Pina Colade frozen concentrate (that’s been defrosted) for the water in the recipe!
Cut little straws and added pineapple cubes and a cherry on top to complete the drink look! hee hee
