These Rainbow Popsicles are just beautiful and the colorful layers are made from blended frozen fruit for a super healthy and tasty treat.
Not only are they beautiful but kids love them because they taste great and they are just like the Rainbow Popsicles on Cocomelon! If you have a toddler, you know what I’m taking about. haha.
If you don’t have a toddler, Cocomelon is a little tv show that kids are crazy about and there is a color song on the show that uses Rainbow Popsicles to teach colors. These are the exact same colors and fruits that Cocomelon uses for their Rainbow popsicle recipe.

How to make Rainbow Popsicles:
Time needed: 8 hours and 15 minutes
- Making the blended fruit layers.
In a blender, blend each frozen fruit with a 2/3 tablespoon of honey
- Clean out the blender after each fruit.
Once smooth, pour blended fruit into a bowl, rinse out the blender and move onto the next fruit.
Continue until all fruits are blended and in their own bowls. - Layering the popsicles.
Use a spoon and spoon fruit smoothie mixture into each popsicle mold in layers.
First, the strawberries for red, then the mandarin for orange, pineapple for yellow, kiwi for green, blueberries for blue and grapes for purple. Some colors may blend together. - Insert Sticks and Freeze.
Insert popsicle sticks and cover.
Place in freezer overnight to freeze. - Removing the popsicles.
When removing the popsicles from the mold, if they seem a little stuck, run the mold under hot water for a few seconds to loosen the ice pops.

These Rainbow Popsicles are layers of strawberries, pineapple, mandarin oranges, kiwi and grapes.
They sure are! They’re made with frozen fruits and honey.
If you blend the frozen fruit and find that it’s too thick to pour, add a tablespoon of water to the blender and blend again. Add another if still too thick. You want the fruit mixtures to be smooth but not watery.
These Rainbow Popsicles need about 6-8 hours in the freezer.
When removing the popsicles from the mold, if they seem a little stuck, run the mold under hot water for a few seconds to loosen the ice pops.
You can leave them in the mold in the freezer or remove them and wrap them individually in plastic wrap and then place them into a freezer safe Ziploc bag
There are some awesome popsicle molds on amazon and I’ve found some super cutes ones at Marshalls before for super cheap. However, you can always make homemade popsicles with small disposable paper cups and popsicle sticks.

Ingredients
- 1 cup sliced strawberries, frozen
- 1/2 cup mandarin oranges, frozen
- 1/2 cup pineapple chucks, frozen
- 1/2 cup diced kiwi, peeled and frozen
- 1 cup of frozen blueberries
- 1 cup of frozen red grapes
- 1/2 cup of raw local honey
Instructions
For Each Fruit:
In a blender, blend each frozen fruit with a 2/3 tablespoon of honey.
Once smooth, pour blended fruit into a bowl, rinse out the blender and move onto the next fruit.
Continue until all fruits are blended and in their own bowls.
Layering Popsicles
