How to make Ranch Butter Shrimp:

Preheat oven to 400F.
Lay peeled shrimp onto a baking sheet in a single layer. -
Place a stick of butter into the middle of the shrimp on the baking sheet.
Sprinkle the ranch seasoning over the shrimp and butter. -
Bake for 10 minutes, until shrimp are pink and curled.

You can! I’ve only made this with the jumbo shrimp and that takes about 10 minutes to cook. You’ll have to adjust the time for smaller shrimp. Just check after the 5 minute mark for them to be pink and curled. That is how you’ll know they are done.
Italian seasoning would be great for this recipe or you could use old bay.
Yes! You’ll want these shrimp to be thawed and peeled. I leave the tails on for presentation but you can take those off before baking!
You can use either. I use unsalted because that is what I always have on hand but you choose.

- 1 pound jumbo raw shrimp, 16-20 count size, thawed, peeled and deveined*
- 1 stick (1/2 cup) butter
- 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400F.
Lay peeled shrimp onto a baking sheet in a single layer.
Place a stick of butter into the middle of the shrimp on the baking sheet.
Sprinkle the ranch seasoning over the shrimp and butter.
Bake for 10 minutes, until shrimp are pink and curled.
Notes
*you can remove the tails before baking or leave them on.
