5 tbsp extra virgin olive oil (can substitute butter or oil of preference)
4 tilapia fillets
2 tbsp onion powder
2 tbsp garlic powder
1/2 cup broccoli florettes
2 fl oz Pino Grigio
Pasta
3 tablespoons Rosemary Garlic Seasoning
Salt and ground pepper to taste
A pinch of Old Bay, Parlsey and Bay Leaf

Directions

Boil water and noodles in sauce pan. (Tip add 1 tablespoon olive oil to water to keep from boiling over)

Heat and Stir Onion powder, garlic powder and rosemary garlic in the olive oil, in a large frying pan.

Add tilapia and cook in the frying pan until opaque and flaky.

Using a spatula, separate the tilapia into small pieces.

Add broccoli, seasoning, salt, pepper and wine.
