Summer break is supposed to be fun and relaxing… right? That’s what I tell myself every year as school is winding down, before the chaos kicks in.

My kid is bouncing off the walls, never-ending piles of laundry, and the “Can I have a snack?” question on repeat, it’s a blessing to have him at home with me, but whoo wee sometimes it can become overwhelming.

Between playdates, pool time, and trying to avoid turning my kitchen into a sauna, and Jackson wanted to create “potions” in the kitchen, I’m always looking for cool, easy treats during the summer.

Jackson loves to help me create and mix things up in the kitchen, and these 3 recipes are some that I use each summer!

These 3-ingredient no-bake desserts have truly saved my sanity. They’re quick, budget-friendly, and kid-approved. Whether you’re whipping something up for a backyard barbecue or need a treat to survive another long afternoon, these sweet lifesavers are here.

Why You’ll Love These No-Bake Desserts:

  • Only 3 ingredients – no overthinking, no complicated shopping list.
  • No oven required – because who wants more heat during summer?
  • Perfect for kids to help with – and they’ll love eating them even more.

Let’s dive into the 3-ingredient heroes that saved me this summer…
