Recipe At Bottom of Post

Corn on the Cob is so good and it reminds me of summer time no matter what time of year I eat it. I’ve passed my love of corn on the cob down to my son and he is quite obsessed with it too!

My all time favorite way to cook corn on the cob (before I found the method) is grilling it! However, after discovering that I can cook Air Fryer Corn on the Cob, my favorite method has changed for weeknight corn on the cob preparation!

I still love to grill corn on the cob but Air Fryer Corn on the Cob is what I like to make during the week because it only take 10 minutes to cook. Perfect for a busy mom! Also, what I really love about this method is that fact that I can toss frozen ears of corn into the Air Fryer and 10 minutes later I have perfectly roasted corn.

What do I need to make Air Fryer Corn on the Cob

You’ll need the following for this recipe:

  • Corn on the Cob, frozen or fresh
  • An Air Fryer

Optional:

  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Parsley
  • Butter

Frozen Corn on the Cob

Can I really use corn on the cob straight from the freezer?

Yes! You don’t need to thaw it at all. Just pop the frozen ears of corn into the basket of the air fryer in a single layer and they’re good to go.

Frying Corn in the Air Fryer

Time to cook:

Set the air fryer to 390F and let the corn cook for 10-15 minutes. I normally stop mine around 10 minutes for my son and let mine cook for just a tad bit longer so I get a few little chard bits.

Toppings:

Once the corn on the cob is done cooking, it’s time to enjoy!

Eat it as is, which is delicious, or add salt and pepper, butter and parsley!

Air Fryer Mexican Street Corn

You can also make a tasty version of Mexican Street Corn with this Air Fryer Corn on the Cob method!

Just fry up the corn in the air fryer and once it’s done smear on a bit of mayo and sprinkle with Cotija Cheese! It’s so good!

Q&A:
  • Can I use Fresh or Frozen corn on the cob?

  • Does the corn need to be thawed?

Nope

Looks so good, I love roasted corn and I have an Air-Fryer. I do a LOT of cooking in it, being a Floridian makes Air-Fryer and Crock-Pot summer must haves. Thank you for sharing your recipes.

I’m in Florida too and we have a Smart Pot and an air fryer. Haven’t had the oven on for about 2 months now.

I don’t have an air fryer yet, but I must admit I’m intrigued by them! This looks delish!
