Sometimes we all need a quick and easy side dish recipe in our back pocket for when things get crazy! The lack of time that most people have this time of year and the fact that these bacon green beans hardly take any work means that this recipe is perfect!
It’ll take less than 10 minutes (even if you’re moving at a snails pace) to put them together and once you pop them into the oven they’ll stay there and cook without needing any attention until they’re done! We love to serve these with grilled chicken, steaks or even shrimp! They’re also great as a side dish for Thanksgiving and Christmas dinner.
I love a small bit of a crunch to my green beans but if you’d like for them to be soft just bump up the cooking time until they’re tender but don’t burn the bacon ????
