This easy Garlic Rosemary Potatoes side dish is ready in under an hour! It’s great for Thanksgiving, Christmas or just as a side for a fabulous dinner any time of year!
We are a potato loving family around here! There is no denying it. We love them mashed, baked, roasted, air fried and smashed.
They’re great to go with a roast on a Sunday evening, perfect for the grill on Saturday after noon and amazing as a side dish for any holiday meal! These roasted potatoes are so easy to make and I bet they’ll become a family favorite!
What you need to make Garlic Rosemary Potatoes:
- baby potatoes, golden or red
- garlic
- salt
- pepper
- Rosemary Herb Seasoning Mix or chopped rosemary
- Olive Oil
- Fresh Rosemary and Grated Parmesan optional for garnish
How to to make Garlic Rosemary Potatoes:
Dice the red potatoes into cubes. Place in a large bowl and toss in olive oil. Add Garlic, Salt and Pepper and toss until all the potatoes are well coated in seasoning.
Lay the potatoes out on a baking sheet (I used my Pampered Chef Stoneware), in a single layer. Sprinkle the Potatoes with a Rosemary Herb Seasoning.
Bake at 350F for 30-45 minutes until they start to brown and are soft when pierced with a fork.
