I may be biased but I think these sundae themed cookies just came out cute as can be!! They’re inspired by the classic ice cream parlor ice cream sundae with a chocolate base twist.
I’ve taken my favorite chocolate cookie recipe (that I also use for my homemade Ferrero Rocher Cookies), and added some chopped cherries, cherry juice and dehydrated marshmallows before baking. After that I just decorated them with some classic ice cream sundae toppings, like walnuts and topped each one with it’s own cherry.

Frequently Asked Questions
Yes! I would say you could make them up to 4 days or maybe even 5 days in advance. Just make sure to store them in an air tight container. We stored some “test” ones in a plastic bag for a week and they were still amazing but they do get softer as the days go on.
