Three ingredient White Chocolate Peppermint fudge! You’ve go to make this for people on your Christmas list this year!
I’m so bummed that we didn’t get to go to the Christmas parade yesterday. Normally they have the parade at night but this year they decided to have it in the middle of the day yesterday and well I had to be present for some family business and had to miss out.
I did get to see a few floats go by this morning while they were getting things ready but that was it. Literally we’re living like a few streets over from where they have the parade and I still didn’t get to go. Oh well, maybe we’ll get to go next year.
It’s getting kind of hard to get into the Christmas spirit this year! We still don’t even have a Christmas tree. I kind of told Thomas that if we don’t get a tree soon that it will be a waste of time to get one and set it up. I mean who wants to get a tree like the week before Christmas.
Perhaps I should just put up the “beach Christmas tree” this year and buy a tree when they go on sale after Christmas.
Oh, the beach tree? It’s the 3 foot tree that we bought when we went to the beach for Christmas one year haha. We put it up last year because we didn’t get a full size tree.
But that’s enough about the tree. We’ll get all of that worked out and I’ve got my fingers crossed that we’ll have one up before the end of the week!
Ok, so onto the Easy White Chocolate Peppermint Fudge that I’m posting today! This week is Christmas Week and a bunch of us (food bloggers) have gotten together to share Christmas recipes with y’all and a HUGE giveaway!
Now the giveaway is at the bottom of this post but before you jump down to that section make sure that you grab this recipe.
This Easy White Chocolate Peppermint Fudge only had 3 ingredients just like all of my favorite fudge recipes.
It’s got a fantastic peppermint flavor with a thick and wonderful layer of white chocolate fudge.
Even though this 3 ingredient fudge is almost like the other fudge recipes that I’ve posted, I have to tell you that there is just a little bit of a difference. This white chocolate fudge stays a bit more tacky that the other fudge once you cut it.
So after you cut it into squares just let it sit for 30 minutes so that the tackiness disappears.

Easy White Chocolate Peppermint Fudge
Three ingredient White Chocolate Peppermint fudge! You've go to make this for people on your Christmas list this year!
Ingredients
- 4 cups white chocolate chips
- 2 (14 oz ) cans sweetened condensed milk
- 2 cups chopped peppermint kisses
Instructions
Line a 8x8 pan with foil or parchment paper.
Create a double broiler by place a glass or metal bowl over top of a sauce pan. Fill the sauce pan with about 1/2 a cup of water. Bring the water to a simmer. (There should be enough water in the pan to simmer to but enough to touch the top bowl.
Add the sweetened condensed milk and white chocolate chips to the top bowl. Heat the white chocolate chips until they are melted, stirring every minute or so.
Pour the melted chocolate chips into the 8x8 pan.
Sprinkle a layer of chopped peppermint kisses over the fudge.
Let sit for 4-5 hours or until firm.
Cut into squares.
Unlike the regular fudge, the white chocolate is sticky. After you cut it into squares let it sit for 30 minutes so that the tackiness disappears.

I like baking sugar cookies for holidays.
My favorite is peppermint bark!
Girl, I am LOVING these pictures! I love how fun and festive this fudge is!
Aww you should still get a tree! You know, a lot of people put their trees up Christmas eve as a tradition so you won’t be that late 🙂 Sorry you missed the parade, too. Love this fudge – this alone will put me in the Christmas spirit!
I am all over this fudge and what a great giveaway!
looks great and fabulous giveaway!
My family would go nuts for this fudge! It’s gorgeous, Angie!
I like eggnog cheesecake chocolate chip bars.
Peanutbutter blossoms are addicting.
I love baking Christmas cookies.
I love making and enjoying fudge around the holidays!
These look awesome and so fast and simple to make!
These are PERFECT!! But unwrapping all those kisses is a pain in the butt… and then I eat a few… ugh! Wish they would sell them unwrapped.
haha I Uploaded a snap of how I unwrap the kisses super fast. I guess I should have posted that here too! I agree, normally I HATE unwrapping those things but you just have to know how to do it quickly with one push of your thumb haha. I’ll have to re-make a little video and post it
We’re leaving on Saturday for the rest of the year so no tree for us. So sad! But at least we get to leave town. 😀 And this fudge looks sooo creamy and amazing!
I just love peppermint fudge…why haven’t I made it the last few holidays? Your photos are so very pretty, Angie!! So festive!
Where have I been? How come this is the first time I’ve heard of peppermint kisses? Guess I need to get out more. Your fudge looks fantastic!
Such a fun idea to use the kisses! And man, you’d hate it in my house…I put up the tree a week before Christmas and take it down no more than a week after. 😉
I’m sorry that you missed the Christmas parade, but at least you have some peppermint fudge to snack on during Christmas Week. This fudge is so cute!
Angie, you are making me hungry! I love fudge this time of year!
Aw, sorry you are having trouble getting into the spirit! But this fudge ought to go along way to helping that…
Ah, the tree debate! We decided on a smaller one this year for our now smaller home and I’m glad we did it because he looks adorable. Sorry you had to miss the parade but ummm I’d gladly stay home with this white chocolate peppermint fudge. It looks like my candy Christmas wish come true!!!
I love making fudge but almost never do it because I can’t stop eating it if it’s in the house! My dad make a kick ass peppermint fudge last year but I have feeling this might beat it! This has to happen ASAP 🙂
Oh my goodness, I need this in my life. Those Candy Cane Hershey’s Kisses are my very favorite seasonal candy.
I have no doubt this beautiful creation is out of this world delicious. So tickled you shared with us at Weekend Potluck.
That looks so good and I looooove how quick and easy it is!
