Grilled Chicken Caesar Salads are one of my favorite salads. When I use to work at Rockola back in college, I thought that their Caesar salads were just the best. I also fell in love with the Grilled Chicken Caesar Wraps at a place called Hams here in town. I also love just a classic caesar salad before a meal.
When it comes to salad dressings there are only 2 dressings that I’m tastebud picky about. That is ranch and Caesar dressing because they are not all created equal, especially when it comes to those two dressings in bottles at the grocery store. We love making our own Caesar salad dressing at home instead of buying store-bought because we can control the ingredients and flavor while we taste test while making it to make sure it is exactly what we want.

I really love how easy it is to make homemade salad dressings. We’re really just dumping a few simple ingredients into a bowl, whisking them all together and enjoying a homemade salad dressing in about 5 minutes. I also love to make them ahead of time and let them chill before using them on homemade salad.
Most all restaurant dressings are chilled before they’re served with your salads before your meal, plus chilling them give the flavors time to connect and dance together.

Frequently Asked Questions
Mainly because I don’t like to cook with full or minced anchovies. Worcestershire sauce is flavored with anchovies, so we’re using that and still getting those umami flavors.
