M&M Brownie Bites
These were kind of an accident. We were originally going to make cookie dough topped brownies, BUT at like 2am when we were dead tired and trying to finish everything, hubby was trying to be helpful and turn the brownies out onto a cooling rack….. well they were not ready to come out and when he filled them they all broke into little pieces . haha so the brownie bite was born.
What you need:
1 Pan of prepared Brownies (I just used a box mix)
1 cup powdered sugar
1/2 water
M&Ms–regular or mini
Mini or Regular Cupcake Liners
What to do:
Line your Mini or Regular Cupcake Liners onto a serving tray.
In a small bowl mix the powdered sugar and water until icing forms. If you want the icing thicker, add more powdered sugar, if you want it thinner add more water.
Crumble your brownie into the Mini or Regular Cupcake Liners.
(I put about 4 or 5 small pieces of broken brownie into each cup)
Drizzle your brownies crumbles with the icing.
Sprinkle with M&Ms.
All done. See that was very quick and turns a plain brownie (or a brownie mess up ) into a cute little treat!
