My little brother graduated from college this past weekend, so on Sunday we had a little surprise party for him 🙂
It was just a little get together, but I wanted to share some of the food and decorations with you in case you need a little inspiration for a graduate in your life 🙂
We had the party at the local Fire Dept that My Husband is a member of, so we had a pretty nice area.
Here is our Food Table.
Aren’t the 2011 numbers on the wall neat?

Our Menu Included:

Here are some close ups and links to recipes of some of the Food Items
****
We’ll Start with the Chocolate Chip Whoopie Pies / Cookie Pies
These are wonderfully soft and cake like. Almost like Cake Cookies. These have chocolate chips in them and cream filling. I also rolled the edges in Mini Chocolate Chips.
When I made these, I only used about 1/2 tablespoon of dough for each one, and I got about 36 mini sandwich cookies out of one batch of dough.

M&M Brownie Bites
These were kind of an accident. We were originally going to make cookie dough topped brownies, BUT at like 2am when we were dead tired and trying to finish everything, hubby was trying to be helpful and turn the brownies out onto a cooling rack….. well they were not ready to come out and when he filled them they all broke into little pieces . haha so the brownie bite was born.
Pudding Chocolate Chip Cookies

AKA The Best Chocolate Chip Cookies EVER
Smore Pops
I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, Smores are just scrumptious in my book. I love them. The 3 ingredients alone are ..ehh… ok, but together they are wonderful and almost loved my everyone.

Personal Apple Pies

My Little Brother LOVES the Apple Crips that I make, so for his party I made little personal apple crips pies!

Cookie Cake
Yes, my brother’s name is Adam, But his cake says Twinkle-Toes lol
Something to do with a personal joke between him and his girlfriend and their friends, so the girl that helped decorate the cake, asked if she could put that instead of Adam and we said sure lol

Fruit Tray with Homemade Orange Marshmallow Fluff Dip
I LOVE LOVE LOVE (was that enough love?) the orange marshmallow dip that Meghan makes for parties and get togethers that we have!
It’s always a big hit

Here are some close ups and links for the Drink Table

Our Drink Table we had :
Sherbet Punch
I love this punch and so does everyone else! We always have it at our parties!! Plus you can make it any color!

Personal Graduation Water Bottles

These water bottles are great! Personal water bottles are becoming very popular for birthday parties, baby showers, wedding showers, weddings and events!
I made the simple ones for Adams Party, But They could be make for any holiday or occasion.
we also had Sweet Tea
I hope You can get some ideas and inspiration from the little party we gave Adam! I’d love to see and hear about your graduation parties and cookouts!
Congratulations to all the 2011 Graduates!
