This has been a busy week for us! This week was so busy that I only managed to get one recipe posted to the blog, this One Pot Chicken Cordon Bleu Pasta! I did however get a lot of recipes tested and photographed so I should have some new ones on the blog soon!
I finally got to see my niece last night for the first time since Christmas and tonight I’m headed out to see two little cousins dance in their dance recital. Then it’s on to Roanoke this weekend for another cousin’s wedding!
