Meghan’s Million Dollar Spaghetti FAQ
1. I don’t like cottage cheese, can I use ricotta? You sure can because this recipe is like a marriage between baked spaghetti and lasagna. I don’t really like cottage cheese, but I love it in this recipe.
2. Do I have to use a spaghetti? Nope! Meghan uses spaghetti and I’ve used angel hair pasta. I think either will work well. You can also try other larger shapes.
3. What is the best cheese for topping Million Dollar Spaghetti? I used cheddar cheese, Meghan loves Colby Jack cheese for this but you could also use Mozzarella cheese.
4. What should I serve with this pasta? These Fluffy Homemade Rolls or this No Knead Crusty Bread would be great with this pasta!
