#1. My Awesome CSN DISH

#2. Parmesan-Crusted Chicken in Cream Sauce Recipe

First I want to talk about my AWESOME black and white pokadot baking dish I received from CSN Stores!! I was approached by CSN stores to do a review of one of their products and I chose the Signature Housewares Dots Black Square Baker.

It is beautiful! I fell in love with it the moment I pulled it from its box. Just so shiny and sleek looking. Just gorgeous! But would its beauty hold up to my cooking and washing?……..It sure did! Prefect! And just what did I cook in my new Signature Housewares Dots Black Square Baker???

Parmesan-Crusted Chicken in Cream Sauce of course!!! Which was awesome amazing!

So onto the Taste of Home Cooking School Event and the Recipe……….

My husband, My Mom and Myself attended the Taste of Home Cooking School that came to our City this week and I LOVED IT! This is the second year I’ve been and I always come away with some great recipes!

So What is the Taste of Home Cooking School?

It is a 2-hour demonstration of awesome recipes from the Taste of Home Culinary Specialists!! They show you show step-by-step instructions on how to create amazing dished from start to finish and also give some pretty awesome kitchen and cooking tips! Plus this give you a pretty great goodie bag with Free Products and Taste of Home Magazines

So when cooking school was done, I knew what I was doing that night! COOKING!

I decided on the Parmesan-Crusted Chicken in Cream Sauce, but I changed it up just a little!

This is a super awesome recipe from Taste of Home, Philadelphia Cream Cheese AND Bigbearswife hee hee.

What you need:

2 handfuls of Spaghetti Noodles
1 can cream chicken soup
1 1/4 cup chicken broth
10 butter Crackers, finely crushed
2 Tbsp. Grated Parmesan Cheese
3-4 med. boneless skinless chicken breast
8oz Philadelphia Cream Cheese
2 tablespoons of dried basil
1 teaspoon of onion salt

What to do:

Preheat oven to 375F.

Boil Spaghetti in water until done. Drain return to pot. Mix 1 can of Cream of Chicken soup into to the drained spaghetti and mix well. Set aside.

Mix cracker crumbs and Parmesan on plate. Rinse chicken with cold water; gently shake off excess. Dip chicken in crumb mixture, turning to evenly coat both sides.

Place Spaghetti in a square baking dish. Top Spaghetti with the Parmesan-Crusted Chicken.

Sprinkle with a little extra Parmesan cheese. Bake at 375F for 35-45 minutes until done.

During the last 10 minutes of cooking the chicken start on your sauce.

Add chicken broth and cream cheese to skillet; bring just to boil, stirring constantly. Add Basil and Onion Salt. Cook 3 min. or until thickened, stirring frequently.

Remove Chicken from oven and spoon cream sauce over the chicken.

I also made sauteed zucchini and mushrooms to go with it :)YUMMY!

ENJOY!!
